Project Development Journey

The project involved a complete redesign of an outdated website that no longer met modern design or performance standards. The new site was rebuilt from the ground up using the modern Roots.io stack (Bedrock + Sage 11 + Tailwind CSS). The result is a clean, fast, and scalable website with excellent PageSpeed scores, smooth interactions, and a fully responsive experience across all devices.

Project Vision

Laid a strong foundation by defining the project vision, audience, and technical requirements before development began.
Design Creation

Designed a clean, user-friendly interface that reflects the project’s style and purpose.
Front-End Development

Transformed design concepts into clean, responsive interfaces optimized for seamless performance on all devices.
WordPress Integration

Built custom theme, features with Sage 11 and Bedrock to bring static designs to life within a dynamic WordPress environment.
Optimization

Thanks to a well-planned development approach, only minor optimization was needed. The site achieved excellent PageSpeed results of 95–98%.
Deployment

Set up a new VPS from scratch, installed and configured Ubuntu + Hestia, successfully deployed the website to production.
SEO & Launch

Configured metadata, structured data, and SEO tools to improve search engine visibility and rankings. SEO work is ongoing, as the previous site had very poor optimization. Additionally, Google Ads campaigns were launched to drive traffic from the start.
